DJ's journey into Turfgrass management began at the Club at Porto Cima during his undergraduate years at Missouri State University. He then earned a Bachelor of Science in Turfgrass and Landscape Management from the University of Nebraska. DJ's career includes roles as Assistant Superintendent at prestigious golf clubs in Kansas City, followed by becoming Superintendent at The Prairie Club in Valentine, NE. Recently married to Jami, DJ shares his passions for golf, fishing, University of Nebraska sports teams, and the Kansas City Chiefs. He's also a proud owner of three English Springer Spaniels, with one, Millie, joining him at work every day.
